Classical Academy Online Student Starts Community Youth Ensemble

Fifteen year-old violinist and Classical Academy Online student, Andre Ricardo, from the San Diego Civic Youth Orchestra, started the San Marcos Youth Strings ensemble last October for students ages 5-19. Academic Achievement Recognized

CAHS senior Danielle Pigeon received the P.E.O. (Philanthropic Educational Organization) STAR Scholarship. This highly competitive onetime $2,500 scholarship recognizes graduating high school senior women who demonstrate outstanding leadership, academic achievement, extracurricular activities, and community service and who also plan to pursue a  post-secondary education. The P.E.O. Sisterhood was founded in January 1869 and exists to promote increased educational opportunities for women.
