San Marcos, CA – Build and launch a rocket, play Frisbee with a robot, or become a DNA detective. These are just a few of the nearly 100 hands-on, interactive activities and demonstrations that will engage thousands of attendees on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at the annual science festival Super STEM Saturday. Held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at California State University San Marcos (CSUSM), this rain or shine event is free and open to the public. Children of all ages are invited to attend. Super STEM Saturday closes the 10-day San Diego Festival of Science and Engineering, the largest celebration of innovation and science education in Southern California.
Not only is it our 17th Anniversary, and the birthday of our illustrious Special Education Director, Cori Coffey, now Classical Academy High School once again made the US News & World Report listing for Best High Schools – Silver Metal Winner for 2016.

Escondido, CA- The Classical Academy Caimans football team helped freshman Matthew Tillyer score on the final play of their regular season, from his wheelchair. It was a gesture to celebrate his strength, and to say “thank you” for his season long contributions as a sideline video editor. Read more
We are excited to announce that CAHS, including ECC and OCC, was ranked 136 in the nation in its list of the 500 top high schools in the nation for 2016. This latest ranking is the highest national ranking ever for CAHS, surpassing our 184 ranking in 2014.
