Field trip opportunities might include a visit to a museum, the zoo, a farm, or another educational excursion. All school field trips are designed to be family-friendly, meaning the entire family is welcome to attend unless otherwise stated. STUDENT LEADERSHIP

Intro to ASB: The Student Self Leadership class is designed to teach students how to become self-motivated leaders with integrity and purpose. The core curriculum has been adapted from the Situational Self Leadership program by the Ken Blanchard companies.

Students will be guided through nine modules as they develop skills in speaking, listening, goal setting, negotiation, and problem solving. As a result of their participation in this program, students will be more motivated, confident, flexible, and sure of themselves in their interactions with teachers, parents, advisors, coaches, and future employers.

In addition, students will be given opportunities to serve their family, school, and community in various events and capacities. This optional class meets weekly and is open to 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students.
