Coastal Academy Student Competes in Super Girl Surf Pro Contest

Coastal Academy High School Sophomore Caity Simmers will compete in the Oceanside Super Girl Surf Pro Contest September 17th - 19th at the Oceanside Pier. Caity won the 2020 Super Girl Surf Pro and is the youngest competitor to win the event. She also won a gold medal in 2018 at the ISA World Junior Surfing Championships and was a 2019 Vans US Open Pro Junior Winner. In 2020, she emerged victorious at Jack's Surfboards Pro QS 1,000.
