The Escondido Chamber of Commerce recognized CAHS senior Caleb Schanzenbach as a Rising Star of the Month! Caleb's teachers nominated him for his incredible work ethic, character, and empathy for others. Caleb was also recognized for the amazing accomplishments he was able to achieve during COVID. While many focused on what was lost, Caleb authored a book and pursued a variety of interests and passions that make life more full. "Caleb is so deserving of this recognition," stated CAHS Principal Dana Moen, "He leads with heart, courage, and honors the Caiman Way."
