In response to the COVID-19 crisis, Sophomore Alexander Usher initiated a project to 3D print PPE for frontline workers while in quarantine. With help from robotics teammates and Classical Academy students, Caleb De La Cruz, Seth Peace, Caleb Winter, and Nicholas Usher, 1000 face shields were produced and distributed to medical professionals in hospitals and nursing homes throughout San Diego County and Colorado. What a great way to help our frontline workers!
