Classical Academy High School Student Wins $40K Amazon Future Engineer Scholarship and Internship

Classical Academy High School senior Raj Pabari is a winner of the prestigious $40,000 Amazon Future Engineer Scholarship. After his first year of college, Raj will also receive a paid internship at Amazon to gain hands-on, practical work experience with cutting-edge technologies. The Amazon Future Engineer Scholarship program assists high school seniors who have completed advanced computer science courses and plan to continue their computer science education at an accredited four-year college or university. He was selected based on various criteria, including his academic achievement, demonstrated leadership, participation in school and community activities, work experience, short answer questions, and a teacher recommendation.
“I see my future innovating at the intersection of social impact, computer science, and business,” stated Raj. “I look forward to learning about next-generation technologies during the internship.” Raj plans to attend Stanford University this fall to study computer science.
