Coastal Academy High School's sailing teams participated in their first-ever Regatta, finishing 15th and 17th out of 20 boats. Stingray families cheered the sailors on from nearby Shelter Island's shore in San Diego, adding to the excitement of the competition. The sailing team continues to grow and hopes to compete across the California coast soon. Thank you to Tim Zimmermann and Joey Sabol for teaching students the art of racing sailboats and making these opportunities possible for students.
