Classical Academy High School wood-shop students delivered hand-made “signs of hope” to residents of the Mountain Shadows Residential Home in December. Students created hand carved signs with inspirational messages in hopes of encouraging Mountain Shadows residents. Mountain Shadows Residential Home is an intermediate care facility for developmentally disabled adults. It fosters a family environment that encourages the growth and independence of all residents. Students spent the afternoon visiting with residents and installing the new signs in their homes.
