Delaney Buckley is a 17-year-old Classical Academy High School (CAHS) senior who has spent her life caring for and adopting foster horses. She recently celebrated a significant milestone with an adopted horse, Strauss, by taking him sorting for the first time. Sorting, derived from cattle ranch work, quickly separates calves from their mothers. Delaney and Strauss executed this challenging task flawlessly, showcasing their training, trust, and teamwork.
