The Classical Academy Middle School (CAMS) robotics team, RoboGenesis, achieved an outstanding second-place finish at the San Diego Regional Championships, showcasing their skill, teamwork, and dedication to innovation. Led by team captain and CAHS 9th grader Natalie Powell, RoboGenesis competed as the 5th Seed Alliance Captain. They demonstrated their engineering portfolio and problem-solving abilities with their robot, Storm, earning an 8th place ranking in the region out of 75 teams! This achievement highlights the team’s strong technical expertise and collaboration in competitive robotics.
