Classical Virtual Academy is designed to enhance the educational experience for students enrolled in Independent Study. This innovative program provides students in grades 1-8 with access to an academic program from the comfort of their own homes.
Through the Virtual Program, students can engage in live Zoom instruction in core subjects such as English, Math, Science, and History, with classes held virtually 2-3 days per week. This allows students to benefit from the expertise of credentialed teachers while maintaining the flexibility of an independent study approach.
In addition to live online instruction, students in the Virtual Program can participate in a wide range of in-person activities, including Park Days, Field Trips, ASB (Associated Student Body) events, Musical Theater, and after-school activities. This blend of virtual and in-person experiences ensures that students remain connected to their peers and the broader school community, providing social interaction and personal growth.
